Our Team

Ethan is the founding partner of Argan Ventures and is responsible for all acquisition and asset management of the retail portfolio. Prior to forming Argan Ventures, Ethan served as a Vice President at LBX Investments, a national owner of open-air shopping centers. Ethan was the second employee at LBX and oversaw all acquisition and asset management functions in the formative years of the firm before transitioning to focus on acquisitions. He oversaw the acquisition of over $500 million and 3.4 million SF of shopping center investments over 6 years, directly responsible all deal sourcing, due diligence, and closing activities.

Ethan began his real estate career at UBS as a credit risk analyst in the commercial real estate landing group, prior to joining Novaya Real Estate Ventures (now Foxfield) as an asset manager. He graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Finance, and from Boston College with a Master’s degree in Finance.

Ethan was born and raised in Buffalo, New York and currently resides in Los Angeles where he enjoys frequent ski trips, golf outings and international travel.
